I. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In accordance with current legislation, LHWines Family Estates (hereinafter also referred to as the Website) undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, appropriate to the level of security required by the risk of the collected data.

This privacy policy is adapted to the current Spanish and European regulations on the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following laws:

Registration of personal data

In compliance with the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected through forms on the LHWines Family Estates website will be included in a file maintained by us to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between LHWines Family Estates and the User, or to maintain the relationship outlined in the forms completed by the User, or to respond to a request or inquiry.

Furthermore, in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD (except in cases where the exception provided in Article 30.5 of the GDPR applies), a record of processing activities is maintained, detailing the purposes and other conditions of data handling as required.

Only identifying data are processed on LHWines Family Estates. In no case are special categories of personal data, as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR, processed.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. LHWines Family Estates commits to obtaining the User’s express and verifiable consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Personal data of minors

In compliance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, only individuals over the age of 14 may lawfully give consent for the processing of their personal data by LHWines Family Estates. For children under the age of 14, parental or guardian consent is required, and such processing will only be lawful to the extent that such authorization has been given.

Secrecy and security of personal data

LHWines Family Estates undertakes to adopt the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent their accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

LHWines Family Estates reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy according to its own criteria or due to legislative, jurisprudential, or doctrinal changes from the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
